肉桂霉素用途

肉桂霉素是一种由肉桂属植物产生的四环类镧系生物,含有四种不寻常的氨基酸：红-β-羟基天冬氨酸、间苯二酚、苏氨酸-β-甲基镧硫氨酸,1肉桂霉素对Vero细胞中单纯疱疹病毒1型KOS株感染具有抗病毒作用。肉桂霉素识别磷脂酰乙醇胺的结构,并与磷脂在生物膜上形成等摩尔复合物。该肽已被用作分析磷脂酰乙醇胺跨双层运动的探针。
