【用途一】
用于农田、果园、菜地等多种作物防治各种植物线虫和水稻稻瘿蚊等害虫
【用途二】
广谱性防治线虫和地下害虫药剂,具有触杀作用,用于土壤处理,不宜作叶面处理。如防治麦类孢囊线虫,在播前用颗粒剂或乳油,以60~90g有效成分/100m2施于土壤。防治蔬菜各种线虫,用16~195g有效成分/100m2对水喷洒土壤。防治马铃薯线虫,以100g有效成分/100m2剂量的乳油,对水施于20cm深土壤中。防治花生各种线虫,用30~40g有效成分/100m2剂量施于50cm种植带内,混入15cm深的土中。防治甜菜叩甲、马陆,用有效成分30~60g/100m2处理。

灭线磷标准溶液制备

制备方法一

O,O-二乙基-S-丙硫基二硫代磷酸酯的制备 将无水碳酯钾15g (0.1mol)与100mL丙酮混合,搅拌下滴加18.6g (0.1mol)O,O-二乙基二硫代磷酸,适当冷却,滴毕再搅拌10min,加入12.3g (0.1mol)正溴丙烷,回流反应2h。冷却、过滤、脱溶,残余物用乙醚抽取,无水硫酸钠干燥,减压蒸馏得产物20.1g (99~100℃/240Pa) 收率88%。

O-乙基-S-丙基二硫代磷酸钾的制备 50mL无水乙醇,6g(0.105mol)氢氧化钾,搅拌下通入硫代氢气体至饱和,得硫氢化钾乙醇溶液,在此溶液中加入22.8g (0.1mol)上步产物,回流反应5h制得。

灭线磷的合成 在2步反应的乙醇溶液中加入12.9g (0.105mol)正溴丙烷,回流反应5.5h,冷却,过滤,脱溶得25.2g浑浊液体,b.p.104~108℃/13~133Pa,纯度96.05%,收率80%。

制备方法二

三氯氧磷与无水乙醇反应,生成O-乙基磷酰二氯,然后在氢氧化钠存在下,与丙硫醇作用,制得灭线磷。
