细胞松弛素A用途

Cytochalasin A 是细胞可渗透的真菌毒素,是细胞松弛素 B 的氧化衍生物。Cytochalasin A 是 HIV-1 蛋白酶的抑制剂 (IC50=3 μM),抑制肌动蛋白聚合,并通过与巯基反应干扰微管组装。具有抗生素和灭真菌活性。
