[体外研究]

w-Conotoxin SVIB(0.1-1000nM；20分钟)抑制0.1Hz下的抽搐反应,IC50值为37nM[2]。

[体内研究]

w毒素SVIB(20 pmol/g；皮下注射一次)会导致鱼类瘫痪和死亡[1]。w-Conotoxin SVIB在约70 pmol/g时引起小鼠呼吸窘迫,在约300 pmol/gg时对小鼠是致命的[1]。
