磷酸氢二钾,三水制备

1.将碳酸钾溶于水，加入磷酸，再加入少量氢氧化钾溶液，使酚酞呈浅红色。将其溶液蒸发至相对密度1.70，加入晶种，使其结晶，经吸滤即可。

2.由磷酸与碳酸钾按计量中和，经分离、干燥而得。

3.用38kg蒸馏水溶解100kg化学纯磷酸二氢钾，在搅拌下慢慢加入固体化学纯氢氧化钾，进行反应：

反应放出的热量将磷酸二氢钾和氢氧化钾溶解。当反应液ph＝9，即酚酞呈粉红色时，停止加入氢氧化钾（氢氧化钾加入量约22kg）。反应结束后，趁热抽滤，去除不溶性杂质。搅拌下用水间接冷却滤液至15～20℃，加入少许磷酸氢二钾晶种，继续搅拌至结晶完全。离心甩干，即可。也可用碳酸钾与磷酸反应制取磷酸氢二钾。
