β-Amanitin 是毒蘑菇中的一种环肽毒素。β-Amanitin 抑制真核RNA聚合酶 II 和 III (RNA polymerase II/III)。β-Amanitin 抑制蛋白质合成。β-Amanitin 可以用来作为抗体偶联药物 (ADCs) 的细胞毒性成分。

[体外研究]

β-鹅膏素(0.01-100微克/毫升；36小时)对MCF-7细胞具有毒性,在100、10、1、0.1和0.01微克/毫升浓度下,细胞存活率分别为52%、62%、84%、86%和91%[2]。β-鹅膏素对MCF-7细胞内蛋白质合成的抑制作用在两种浓度(10μg/mL和1μg/mL)下均达24小时[2]。细胞活力测定[2]细胞系：MCF-7细胞浓度：0.01、0.1、1、10、100微克/毫升培养时间：36小时结果：MCF-7细胞呈毒性反应。
