与注射甘氨酸(HY-Y0966)或二甘氨酸相比,四甘氨酸和三甘氨酸(1.0μmol甘氨酸/g体重,注入中心静脉)在肾脏中的甘氨酸浓度更高[1]。动物模型：雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠(270-300 g)[1]剂量：1.0μmol甘氨酸/g体重给药：静脉注射,持续30 s。
