对苯二甲酸二辛酯 (DOTP)制备

1、酯交换法对苯二甲酸二甲酯与异辛醇在催化剂存在下进行酯交换，然后中和、洗涤、脱醇、脱色、压滤得到DOTP。

2、直接酯化法在钛酸四丁酯、乙酸锌催化下，对苯二甲酸与异辛醇直接酯化，得到DOTP。

3、废涤纶丝法首先将涤纶丝降解为单酯（醇解），然后与醇发生酯交换反应。
