8-溴-cAMP钠盐是环状AMP的溴化衍生物。 8-Bromo-cAMP钠盐可提高细胞重编程的效率。 8-Bromo-cAMP钠盐改善人新生儿包皮成纤维细胞(HFF1)细胞的重编程效率。 8-Bromo-cAMP钠盐抑制恶性胶质瘤细胞系(A-172)和食管癌细胞系(Eca-109)的增殖,诱导分化和凋亡[1]。
