硫酸镉(八水)制备

1.将金属镉粒（过量）加到硫酸水溶液中，慢慢加入密度为1.40的硝酸作为氧化剂后，加热至70℃进行反应：

当金属镉不再溶解。停止加热（此时溶液对刚果红呈中性）。根据Fe³⁺离子含量加入适量碳酸镉，加热5～10min，过滤，滤液经硫酸酸化后，蒸发搅拌浓缩至干，所得结晶经灼烧除去硝酸。搅拌冷却，并在每100g产品中加入23ml水和4ml乙醇，搅拌均匀后，过滤、结晶经乙醇洗涤后，甩干，于30～50℃下干燥。
