1.取660g苛性钾（85%），溶于1L水中。加热，搅拌下分次加入邻苯二甲酸酐1480g，加热反应0.5h，过滤。将滤液浓缩至饱和，放冷至室温，吸滤出结晶，干燥，得成品.

2.将苛性钾溶于水中加热，分次加入邻苯二甲酸酐不断搅拌，加热使反应完全。过滤，将滤液蒸浓至热饱和后，放冷至室温。吸滤出结晶，干燥，即得苯二甲酸氢钾。
