乙醛脱氢酶用途

乙醛脱氢酶NAD(P)(ALDH)催化醛类氧化为相应的羧酸,同时辅因子NAD(P)还原为NAD(磷)H,通常用于生化研究。醛脱氢酶(ALDHs)是机体用来缓解醛应激的许多酶系统之一[1]。
