[体内研究]

盐酸喹诺醚(LY163502;0.003,0.01 mg/kg;s.c.)可减少GABA外流,对雄性Wistar大鼠(300 g)有显著影响,为0.01 mg/kg,而非0.003 mg/kg[1]。盐酸奎尼洛兰(0.032,0.32,3.2,5.6 mg/kg;IP)显著且剂量依赖性地增加Sprague-Dawley大鼠的运动活性。没有性别和性别互动的主要影响[1]。盐酸喹诺醚显著降低雄性和雌性近交FVB/NJ、BALB/cJ、BALB/cByJ、C57BL/6J、Swiss Webster、A/J、DBA/2J、129S1/SvImJ和129S6/SvEvTac小鼠的活性[1]。
