HM03 trihydrochloride (0.1-50 μM; 72 hours) exhibits over 50% inhibition at 25 µM concentration in HCT116 cells[1]. HM03 trihydrochloride forms more binding interactions with HSPA5 and HSPA9 than with the other HSP70 proteins[1].
