Gypenoside LXXV (1.0-100 μM; for 48 hours) reduces proliferation in a dose-dependent manner[1]. Cell Viability Assay[1] Cell Line: Three cancer cell lines (HeLa (cervical cancer cell line), B16 (melanoma cell line), and MDA-MB231 (human breast cancer cell line) Concentration: 1.0-100 μM Incubation Time: For 48 hours Result: Reduced proliferation in a dose-dependent manner and inhibited almost all cancer cells at 50 μM.
