[Target]
pIC50: 8.4 (h-sEH)[1]
[In Vitro]
Soluble epoxide hydrolase inhibitor (Example 57) is an inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase, and inhibits human soluble epoxide hydrolase with pIC50 of 8.4[1].
[Kinase Assay]
The sEH inhibitory properties of test compounds (including Soluble epoxide hydrolase inhibitor) are determined using a black 384-well-plate format under the following reaction conditions: 20 mM Tris pH 7.0, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.1 mg/mL BSA, 5 μM PHOME (substrate), 2 nM sEH enzyme, 1% DMSO (from test compound). Reaction product is determined quantitatively by fluorescence intensity using a Fluorescence plate reader with an excitation wavelength at 330 nm and emission at 465 nm[1].
