[In Vivo]

LY 233053 (0.5 和 5 mg/kg) 对电惊厥阈值没有影响，但增强了抗癫痫药物的抗惊厥作用[1]。 LY 233053 (5mg/kg) 与卡马西平、二苯基苯妥英或苯巴比妥联合使用可提供 50% 的最大电击保护，但会导致长期记忆损伤[1]。 LY233053 (静脉团注，100mg/kg; 在可逆脊髓缺血后 5、30 或 60 分钟内给药) 对限制缺血性损伤是有效的，但如果在新西兰大白兔损伤后 60 分钟内不开始治疗，保护作用就会丧失[2]。
