SCD1 inhibitor-3 (5 mg/kg; p.o.; 4 hours) reduces the plasma C16:1/C16:0 triglycerides desaturation index by 54 %[1]. SCD1 inhibitor-3 (2~10 mg/kg; p.o.; 4 hours) makes a dose-responsive reduction of plasma triglycerides desaturation index[1]. Animal Model: Lewis rats Dosage: 5 mg/kg Administration: P.o.; 4 hours Result: Reduced the plasma C16:1/C16:0 triglycerides desaturation index by 54 %.
