[Description]:

Arg-Val-(Nle-p-nitro)-Phe-Glu-Ala-Nle-NH2 is a fluorogenic substrate of HIV-1 protease. Arg-Val-(Nle-p-nitro)-Phe-Glu-Ala-Nle-NH2 can be used to test HIV-1 protease activity[1].
