[In Vitro]

Nisin Z (10 μg/mL, 24 h) 增加牙龈成纤维细胞的脱离和分化[2]。 Nisin Z (25-75 μg/mL,24 小时) 抑制 C. albicans 粘附于牙龈细胞[2]. Nisin Z (500 和 1000 μg/mL,24 小时) 抑制 C. albicans 胚芽管形成[3].
