[In Vitro]

2-Hydroxydocosanoic acid has an IC50 of 7.6 µg/mL for DPPH[1]. 2-Hydroxydocosanoic acid shows inhibition of the AChE and BChE (IC50=68.65 µg/mL and 49.52 µg/mL, respectively) [1]. 2-Hydroxydocosanoic acid has MIC value of ≤125, ≤250, and ≤150 µg/mL for E. coli, P. aeruginosa, and S. aureus, respectively[1].
