[In Vitro]

Myricetin-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (30 μM, 14 days) shows inhibitory activity on TG and FFA accumulation in mature 3T3-L1 cells[2]. Myricetin-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (30 μM, 14 days) down-regulates the mRNA expressions of PPARγ, CEBP/α, and ap2[2]. RT-PCR[2] Cell Line: 3T3-L1 cells Concentration: 30 μM Incubation Time: 14 days Result: Down-regulated PPARγ, C/EBPα, and ap2 expression.
