[Description]:

KH176 is a chemical entity derivative of Trolox and small molecule ROS-redox modulator, shows potential treatment for mitochondrial disorders; retains brain microstructural coherence in the external capsule in Ndufs4 -/- mice and normalizes the increased lipid peroxidation in this area and the cerebral cortex, significantly improves rotarod and gait performance and reduces the degeneration of retinal ganglion cells in Ndufs4 -/- mice.
