[In Vitro]

ABC-1 (175 and 350 μM; 96 hours) potently inhibits Cytopathic effect (CPE) [1]. Cell Cytotoxicity Assay[1] Cell Line: DF-1 cells Concentration: 175 and 350 μM Incubation Time: 96 hours Result: Inhibits Cytopathic effect (CPE).

[In Vivo]

ABC-1 (2 mg/kg; Oral) reduces colocalized cells in liver and clara cells in lung tissue when compared to NDV control animals[2]. Animal Model: Chickens (NDV treated) [2] Dosage: 2 mg/kg Administration: Oral Result: Reduced colocalized cells in liver and clara cells in lung tissue when compared to NDV control animals.
