[In Vitro]

HUP30 抑制苯肾上腺素诱导的主动脉收缩，IC50 值为 3.9 μM[1]。 HUP30 (100 μM) 增加去氧肾上腺素刺激的主动脉中的 cGMP 水平[1]。 HUP30 对 25/30 mM K+ 收缩的大鼠主动脉环产生解痉作用，IC50 值为 7.5 μM[1] . HUP30 (3-100 μM) 抑制苯肾上腺素诱导的细胞外 Ca2+ 内流和 Ca2+ 动员[1]。 HUP30 (10-100 μM) 抑制单尾动脉肌细胞中的电流[1]。
