[Description]:

NMT-IN-1 (compound 9) is a potent N-Myristoyltransferase (NMT) Inhibitor with IC50 values of 31 and 66 μM for TbNMT and hNMT, respectively. NMT-IN-1 can be used in research of african trypanosomiasis[1].
