A small molecule tumor translocation inhibitor that inhibits the prostate cancer cell transcriptional program, in part by inhibition of the demethylase KDM4C (IC50=30 uM); represses AR transcriptional program, increases H3K9me2 levels in 293T cells; inhibits tumor growth in CWR22Rv1 prostate cancer xenograft mice model.
