[In Vitro]

[Nle13]-Motilin (0.1-30 nM, 15 min) increases the amplitude of electrically-evoked, neuronally-mediated contractions in the isolated gastric antrum[1]. [Nle13]-Motilin (0.3 μM, 10 min) induces a moderate increase in spontaneous contractility in the stomach[2].
