NCGC00029283 (0-100 μM; 24-72 h) effectively blocks cell proliferation in U2-OS cells[1]. Cell Proliferation Assay[1] Cell Line: U2-OS cells Concentration: 1 μM, 10 μM, 100 μM Incubation Time: 24 h, 48 h, 72 h Result: Showed a reduction in U2-OS cell proliferation.
