Biological Activity

[Description]:

PDMP hydrochloride is a glucosylceramide synthase (GCS) inhibitor. PDMP hydrochloride induces apoptosis in K562/A02 cells. PDMP hydrochloride can be used in cancer (such as leukemia) research[1][2].
