Biological Activity

[Description]:

BIBU1361 induces apoptosis and inhibits autophagy. BIBU1361 inhibits pro-survival pathways Akt/mTOR and gp130/JAK/STAT3, and decreased levels of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-6[1].
