RGDV is a platelet aggregation inhibitor. RGDV inhibits platelet-dependent thrombus formation. RGDV is used for tumor recognition via the targeting effect[1][2].

RGDV (25-100 nM; thrombus vessel model) selectively inhibits platelet-dependent thrombus formation and decreases the accumulation of both platelets and fibrin on the collagen substrate in a dose-response manner[1].
