己二酸二异辛酯用途
用作多种树脂特别是聚氯乙烯和氯乙烯共聚物的耐寒增塑剂,也可用作航空润滑脂的原料
【用途二】
该品是聚氯乙烯的优良耐寒增塑剂,赋予制品优良的低温柔软性,并具有一定的光热稳定性和耐水性。在塑溶胶中,初期粘度低,粘度稳定性良好。常与DOP等主增塑剂并用于耐寒的农用薄膜、电线、薄板、人造革、户外用水管以及冷冻食品的包装薄膜。还可作为许多合成橡胶的低温增塑剂以及硝基纤维素、乙基纤维素等树脂的增塑剂。在实验室工作中用作气相色谱固定液。己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的毒性很低,对人的致死量大约为500000mg/kg,对大鼠口服LD50为3000-6000mg/kg,对皮肤及眼睛的刺激也很轻微。

己二酸二异辛酯制备
己二酸和辛醇按摩尔比1∶2.5的比例投入反应釜,加入己二酸质量0.1%的硫酸,搅拌下升温,抽真空。控制酯化温度120~130℃,真空度86.7~90.7kPa,反应时间2h。反应中加入活性炭,质量为己二酸质量的5%左右,用以吸附氧气和脱色。反应完成后的酯化液在60~65℃的温度下,用2%的液碱中和。静置分层。酯层再用60~65℃的温热水洗涤。分去水层后的粗酯进行减压蒸馏,在真空933kPa、150~160℃的条件下脱醇,回收辛醇。脱醇后的酯经压滤后得成品。若需进一步精制,可经高真空蒸馏,收集210℃,667Pa左右的馏分。
精制方法:含有游离的酸和醇等杂质。精制时用无水碳酸钾干燥后减压精馏。
