氯化钡,二水制备

1.盐酸法 将硫化钡溶液(制备参见硫化钡)与盐酸进行反应,再经脱硫、中和、蒸发、冷却结晶、离心分离、干燥.制得二水氯化钡成品。其反应方程式如下:

2.氯化钙法 将重晶石与煤粉和氯化钙水溶液进行反应,浸取后加入盐酸进行脱硫,再经蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、离心脱水、干燥,即得二水氯化钡成品。此法亦可制得无水氧化钡。其反应方程式如下:

3.氯化法 用水浸取硫化钡熔体后,再将所得到的170 g/L硫化钡溶液在85~90℃下进行氯化,制得氯化钡成品。其反应方程式如下:

4.毒重石-盐酸法 将毒重石粉加入盛有水的反应器中,在搅拌下加人盐酸于70℃左右进行反应,过滤,热水洗涤,滤液进行蒸发浓缩,冷却结晶,离心分离.制得二水氯化钡成品。其反应方程式如下:

5.以工业品二水氯化钡为原料,将其溶于热水中制成25%的水溶液,根据杂质含量,添加3%的氢氧化钡溶液和硫化铵溶液。所得混合物在20~30min内加热到80~90℃,静置过滤,将滤液蒸发到相对密度为1.33(30℃)时进行冷却,结晶经抽滤,用少量冷水洗涤后在室温下干燥,成品为析纯氯化钡。母液可循环使用。

6.将1.2kg分析纯氯化钡溶于3600mL电导水中,搅拌使之完全溶解。在溶液中加入50mL5%的高纯氯化钡(或少量氧化钡)。静置3h,过滤,取5mL滤液于试管内,加2滴硫化铵溶液,如有沉淀产生,根据其杂质的量确定所需硫化铵的加入量。将溶液加热20min,冷却后过滤,滤液加热蒸发至相对密度为1.33(30℃),冷却结晶,抽滤后用少量电导水洗涤,在低60℃下干燥,可得650g光谱纯氯化钡。
