四氯丙烯合成路线
四氯丙烯制备
其制备方法是以1,3-二氯丙烯为原料,经二次氯化、二次脱氯化氢和异构化而制得。一次氯化:在具有外循环管道的氯化反应器内加入1,3-二氯丙烯,在光照条件下维持一定的反应温度,通氯气至反应器底部进行氯化反应,达到终点后停止通氯气,通入氮气除去多余的氯气,得到氯化液移人到蒸馏釜,加入少量的阻聚剂进行减压蒸馏,得1,2-二氯丙烷和中间馏分,收集105~110℃/13.330 kPa馏分为1,1,2,3-四氯丙烷。
一次脱氯化氢:在装有搅拌的反应器中投入1,1,2,3-四氯丙烷、氢氧化钙和一定量的水,在一定温度下反应数小时,加入1∶1的盐酸中和至酸性,沉降分层收集混位三氯丙烯。
二次氯化:反应设备操作同一次氯化,投入混位三氯丙烯,得混位五氯丙烷。
二次脱氯化氢:生产设备操作同一次脱氯化氢,在反应釜投入混位五氯丙烷,加入氢氧化钙,脱氯化氢得四氯丙烯。
异构化:在装有搅拌器的反应釜中投入混位四氯丙烯及少量的异构化催化剂,在一定温度下反应数小时,完成异构化反应,减压蒸馏,收集102~104℃/13.33 kPa馏分即1,1,2,3-四氯丙烯。
