氯化锶制备

1.盐酸法

先将天青石粉碎至200目,加入反应器中与水搅拌,然后缓慢地加入工业盐酸,通入蒸汽搅拌,除去钙盐等杂质。然后倾析并洗涤至中性。将洗涤后之料浆,用水搅拌,再加入纯碱,通人蒸汽加热进行反应,生成碳酸锶,用水洗涤至中性,洗去硫酸钠和未反应的纯碱,再加入盐酸进行酸解反应,反应终点控制溶液pH 4~5。在加热近沸腾情况下,加入10%稀硫酸和30%过氧化氢,除去可溶性钡盐和铁。过滤澄清后的溶液,经蒸发浓缩至42~43°Bé后冷却结晶,离心分离,在220~250℃干燥,制得无水氯化锶。其反应方程式如下:


2.首先将浓盐酸34mL加入20mL水制得稀盐酸溶液,在搅拌下将30g(约0.2mol)碳酸锶分批加入,这时就会放出CO2并得到氯化锶溶液,过滤除去不溶物。滤液在水浴上浓缩,放置片刻便析出结晶。用吸滤法过滤,少量水洗结晶,然后将结晶夹在滤纸间自然干燥,收率约57%。如将母液再浓缩,尚可得少量结晶,产品为六水合氯化锶。加热至61.5℃生成二水合物(板状结晶)。加热100℃生成无水氯化锶。
