甲酸甲酯制备
1.直接酯化法 由甲酸与甲醇进行酯化而得。将无水氯化钙和甲酸混合,搅拌冷却。慢慢加入甲醇。回流2.5h,蒸馏即得成品。反应时也可以不加氯化钙将甲酸与甲醇加热回流,蒸馏收集相对密为0.947的馏出液,得甲酸甲酯,收率为90%。原料消耗定额:甲酸845kg/t、甲醇600kg/t。
2.二氧化碳法在三氟化硼的甲醇溶液中,以铱络合物作催化剂,通入二氧化碳和氢气,在100℃,5.88MPa下反应生成甲酸甲酯。
3.甲醇羰基化法。
4.甲醇脱氢法。
5.甲醇氧化脱氢法。
6.合成气一步合成法。
精制方法:易含的杂质是游离的甲酸和甲醇。精制时,加无水碳酸钾干燥后蒸馏,或者加五氧化二磷,在水浴上于80~90℃分馏。也可以先用浓碳酸钠水溶液洗涤,用固体碳酸钠干燥后,再加五氧化二磷分馏。
7.无水氯化钙、甲酸混合后,冷却搅拌慢慢加入甲醇,回流25h 进行反应:
然后蒸馏得到粗品,用无水碳酸钠干燥去酸性过滤,即得成品。
