由丙酮或异丙醇经氢化氨化而得。
1.丙酮催化氢化氨化法丙酮气化后与一定量的氨、氢混合,在常压和适当温度下,连续进行催化反应,催化剂为Ni-Cu-白土,反应产物经精馏、分馏,得成品。原料消耗定额:丙酮1389kg/t、液氨376kg/t、氢气(99%)1023m3。
2.异丙醇催化氢化氨化法异丙醇、液氨、氢以气相按一定比例混合,在催化剂Cu-Ni-白土存在下,合成二异丙胺粗品,经萃取、分离、脱水、精馏得成品。反应总转化率可达86%,产品收率96%。含一异丙胺37%、二异丙胺33%、异丙醇12%、水18%,经分离得一异丙胺和二异丙胺,未反应的异丙醇循环使用。调节异丙醇和氨的配比,可改变产品的比例。
3.在干的250毫升圆底烧瓶或干燥约250毫升Schlenk管上配一橡胶隔膜,在橡胶隔膜上安装一减压阀和插入一注射用针头。将容器置冰浴中冷却,通过针头用无氧氮气(注1)吹扫,在反应过程中使容器稍稍保持正压,先从注射器把2.53克(y毫升,25.0毫摩尔)纯二异丙胺(注2)溶于25毫升无水乙醚(注3)的溶液注入瓶中。然后在电磁搅拌下从注射器滴加含2.53毫摩尔甲基锉的乙醚溶液,在此加料过程中有甲烷激烈放出,当二异丙氨基锉在0℃搅拌5一10分钟后,检查甲基铿的Gilman颜色试验呈负性反应。
