溴代十六烷制备

1.由十六醇经溴化而得：将十六醇放入反应锅搅拌，加热、熔化，投入赤磷。在100℃时一面充分搅拌一面滴加溴素，控制120-130℃，约6h滴加完毕，继续反应并排尽溴化氢。冷却至50℃以下，加入饱和和氯化钠，搅拌洗涤，静置分层，分去下层废液后，再用水洗至中性，蒸馏，收集220-230℃（2kPa）馏分，得1-溴十六烷。

2.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中，加入正十六烷醇(2)100g(0.413mol),搅拌下加热熔化，加入红磷4.2g，充分搅拌，升温至100℃，滴加溴40g(0.25mol),控制温度120～130℃，约3h加完。加完后继续搅拌反应2h。冷却至50℃以下，加入物料量一倍体积的饱和氯化钠溶液，搅拌，静置分层。分出下层废液，水洗至中性。无水硫酸钠干燥后，减压蒸馏，收集200～230℃/2.0kPa的馏分，得1-溴十六烷(1),收率80%。
