三氯杀螨醇用途
非内吸性杀螨剂,用于防治多种作物的螨类
【用途二】
广泛用于棉花、果树、茶叶等农作物防治红蜘蛛
【用途三】
广谱性杀螨剂,对成螨、幼若螨和卵均有效。有较好选择性,不伤害天敌,对蜂娄安全。对害螨以触杀为主,残效期长,无内吸作用。用于防治棉花、果树、花奔多种害螨。多年使用易产生抗性。使用时将20%乳油对水800~1500倍液均匀喷雾。初用或气温高时,可扩大稀释倍数。

三氯杀螨醇制备
将滴滴涕氯化,然后酸性水解得三氯杀螨醇。
1.氯化将滴滴涕以二氯乙烷为溶剂,加1%偶氮二异丁腈作催化剂,于80~90℃通入氯气反应2h,然后减压蒸出溶剂。
2.水解氯化产物水解反应在对甲苯磺酸33%、硫酸33%、水33%的混合酸性介质中进行,并以芳基磺酸或低级烷基磺酸为促进剂,于135~150℃反应5~6h,而后入适量低沸点溶剂二氯乙烷和水,形成油水两层,提取油层,并用稀碱液和水洗涤后,减压蒸出溶剂,即得三氯杀螨醇原药。
