通用型酚类防老剂,广泛用于天然橡胶、合成橡胶、乳胶、其他多种合成材料和石油制品中作抗氧剂

抗氧化剂2246(2,2-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚))是一种性能卓越的高效非污染型抗氧剂。在橡胶工业中, 抗氧化剂2246是合成橡胶, 胶乳和天然胶的抗氧剂, 是酚类抗氧剂中较优良的品种之一。加入抗氧化剂2246(119-47-1)的橡胶制品可抗热氧老化, 部分地防止光照臭氧老化和多次变形的破坏。并能钝化可变价金属的盐类。用于浅色和有色橡胶制品, 在塑料工业中, 抗氧化剂2246能阻止氯化聚醚, 耐冲击聚苯乙烯, ABS树脂, 聚甲醛, 纤维素树脂的热老化和光老化, 用量为0.5-1%

对甲酚在732#强酸性离子交换树脂的催化下,于60℃左右,与异丁烯进行烷基化反应。反应结束后,滤去催化剂,将滤液加入甲醇-烧碱溶液中,析出防老剂264。过滤后,将防老剂264在酒精中重结晶,再过滤、干燥,即得副产物防老剂264。滤去防老剂264后的滤液,经中和、蒸馏(回收甲醇)、水洗、减压蒸馏、结晶、过滤,即得中间产品2-叔丁基-4-甲酚。将此中间体以200#汽油为溶剂与甲醛在硫酸介质中,于90~95℃进行缩合反应。反应产物经中和、过滤、洗涤、干燥、打粉、包装,即得成品。
