嘌呤

嘌呤用途

嘌呤，是存在人体内的一种物质，主要以嘌呤核苷酸的形式存在，在作为能量供应、代谢调节及组成辅酶等方面起着十分重要的作用。嘌呤是有机化合物，分子式C5H4N4，无色结晶，在人体内嘌呤氧化而变成尿酸，人体尿酸过高就会引起痛风。海鲜，动物的肉的嘌呤含量都比较高，所以，有痛风的病人除用药物治疗外（医治痛风的药物一般对肾都有损害），更重要的是平时注意忌口。
