氟化铵制备

1.液相法 在铅制或塑料容器中,投入定量氢氟酸。在容器外用水冷却,在搅拌下缓慢通入氨气,直至反应液Ph值达4左右为止。反应液经冷却结晶、离心分离、气流干燥,制得氟化铵产品。其反应方程式如下:
2.取75g 40%氢氟酸放在铂皿中或聚四氟乙烯容器中,用冰冷却,然后缓缓地通入过量的氨气。析出的NH4F用吸滤方法滤出。 3.将一份氯化铵与2.3份氟化钠的混合物放在铂皿中,铂皿中盖以凹形盖,盖上放冷水冷却,微热铂皿,升华出来的氟化铵凝结在皿盖上,可得棱形小结晶。
