指南(以下是我们推荐的方案。该方案仅提供指南,应根据您的具体需要进行修改)[1]。1.制备索伦森缓冲液储备溶液：溶液A.Na2HPO4•2H2O(9.5g/L)；溶液B.KH2PO4(9.1 g/L)。2.用利什曼染色剂覆盖涂片2分钟。3.向载玻片中加入两倍体积的索伦森缓冲液(6.8 pH),轻轻混合15分钟。4.用自来水冲洗并干燥涂片(5分钟)。
