人生长激素

人类的生长激素(Growthhormone，GH)是一条单链、非糖化、191个氨基酸组成的亲水性球蛋白，分子量21700Da，等电点pI为4.9。在53位与165位和182位与189位半胱氨酸残基间由二硫键相连；大约75%垂体腺前叶嗜酸细胞分泌的生长激素是以此种分子结构形式分泌的，还有5%～10%是以分子量20kDa形式分泌。hGH自发性分泌在昼夜间呈阵发性形式，一般发生在生理睡眠后第1个慢波睡眠期(SWS)。白天休息时似能促进hGH的释放，摄食、空腹、运动和应激可影响hGH的分泌形式，但不改变其基础节律；青春期hGH分泌幅度高、频率快、昼夜分泌总量大，而老年人则相反。
