DPQ是一种有效的PARP-1抑制剂。DPQ可以减少N-甲基-d-天冬氨酸(NMDA)诱导的PARP激活,将ATP恢复到接近控制水平,并显著减轻严重NMDA暴露模型中的神经元损伤。DPQ可用于研究神经保护作用[1]。
