硫化镉制备

1.将H2S气体通入用少许高氯酸酸化的高氯酸镉热溶液，或用硫酸酸化的硫酸镉水溶液中，便可得到立方晶体的CdS沉淀。

2.将氯化镉用盐酸处理为酸性后，加入硫代乙酰胺，加热溶液使之产生沉淀，用这一方法所得CdS中掺杂有卤离子，在洗涤产品的过程中无法除去这些杂质。所得CdS为含有卤素离子的六方晶体。
