五氧化二钒制备

1.直接法钒精粉与纯碱高温焙烧生成偏钒酸钠,加热搅拌下再加入硫酸中和,制得五氧化二钒。 2.间接法钒矿石与氯化钠成球后进行氧化焙烧,得到偏钒酸钠,与盐酸作用生成五氧化二钒粗品,再经氢氧化钠、氯化铵处理得到偏钒酸铵,偏钒酸铵加热至500 ℃进行焙烧分解制得五氧化二钒。 3.市售的偏钒酸铵充分提纯之后,装入内挂釉瓷的坩埚内,尽可能在低温(300~330℃)下慢慢加热,使其分解[12,20]。之所以要保持在低温是为了防止氧化物在坩埚釉面上结焦,抑制生成的氨引起的还原反应。但即使如此,还是有一部分氧化物被还原,因此要加热几小时,整个变为红色之后,加少量浓硝酸蒸发至干,使被还原的部分氧化。或者也可以在550℃左右,在氧气流中,加热几小时,使其完全氧化[21]。这样制得的产品为无定形五氧化二钒(深黄色),将此产品一点一点地装到铂坩埚里,加热熔化(700~800℃),长时间保持在熔融状态之后,冷却固化,得到针状结晶五氧化二钒(深棕色)。无定形和结晶型氧化物的颜色各不相同,受加热温度的影响色调虽也有差别,但通常是带红的黄色粉末。有毒。 五氧化二钒的提纯方法:用上述方法制得的五氧化二钒,含有从原料带来的碱,因此要使其转化为三氯一氧化钒VOCl3,再进行水解。即将50mL纯三氯一氧化钒装入滴液漏斗,滴加到150mL浓硝酸中。这时,必须将漏斗的管尖端伸到浓硝酸的液面下。将生成的深色溶液加热浓缩,分离出锈红色沉淀。上层澄清液呈现出透明绿色时,趁热用砂芯玻璃坩埚过滤。用上述方法制得的五氧化二钒,含有从原料带来的碱,因此要使其转化为三氯一氧化钒VOCl3,再进行水解。即将50mL纯三氯一氧化钒装入滴液漏斗,滴加到150mL浓硝酸中。这时,必须将漏斗的管尖端伸到浓硝酸的液面下。将生成的深色溶液加热浓缩,分离出锈红色沉淀。上层澄清液呈现出透明绿色时,趁热用砂芯玻璃坩埚过滤。 4. 将试剂钒酸铵在350~400℃下加热,同时强烈搅拌,当试剂呈现五氧化二矾特有的红色后,再继续灼烧1~2犺,检验样品氧化合格后,研磨成粉状,再灼烧20min,重新检验氧化合格后即得分析纯五氧化二矾: 5. 将研磨成200目以下的工业五氧化二矾以1:5的比例与煤沥青混合,在500kPa压力下,压制成直径10mm,高12mm的圆柱体,在600℃下焦化12mm后,于150℃管式炉 ( 无空气)用CO 2气流去除混合物中水分2h,然后升温到300-350℃,并通入氯气进行氯化反应: 蒸气 VOCl 3在冷凝器中冷凝,未凝蒸气用氢氧化钠溶液吸收。当不再有VOCl 3 冷凝后,将冷凝液进行蒸馏,( VOCl 3沸点为127℃) ,为除去能带走杂质的颗粒,将占最初液体量2%~5%的剩余物作为残渣留在蒸馏器内。然后将VOCl 3 用水水解,并再用过量的20%的氨水处理: 所得溶液与析出的结晶一起蒸发至干,最后在500~600℃下灼烧,得到较纯的五氧化二矾:
