邻苯基苯酚钠用途
用作蔬菜、水果类的防腐剂
【用途二】
作为青饲料添加剂,最大使用量为0.95g/kg。
【用途三】
防霉剂。
主要用于柑橘类。使用方法与OPP(07202)不同。主要采取以0.3%~2%的水溶液浸渍、喷洒或槽式洗涤。也可采取添加0.68%~2%于蜡内,然后喷涂等方法。
【用途四】
作防腐杀菌剂,我国规定可用于柑橘保鲜,最大使用量为0·95g/kg,残留量不大于12mg/kg。

邻苯基苯酚钠制备
磺化法生产苯酚的蒸馏残渣中约含有40%的混位(对位和邻位)苯基苯酚。根据其在三氯乙烯中溶解度的不同,将蒸馏残渣在53.3-66.7kPa的真空度下减压分馏,收集65-100℃馏分,即位混位苯基苯酚。将混位物加热溶解于三氯乙烯中,冷却后先析出对位苯基苯酚。离心过滤后,用碳酸钠溶液洗涤母液,使邻苯基苯酚成为钠盐。静置后取上层钠盐,减压脱水得产品。

【方法三】
