二甲苯制备

1.由炼焦副产回收二甲苯二甲苯是生产苯的联产品。根据粗苯各组分的沸点不同,用精馏的方法提取沸程135~145℃的馏分,得二甲苯。具体工艺参见苯。

2.由铂重整油分离回收二甲苯炼油厂常用塔顶油经催化重整,抽提分离,先后可得苯、甲苯、混合二甲苯。如进一步分离可先得邻苯二甲酸、再得间、对混合二甲苯。具体工艺参见苯。

3.甲苯歧化法此法是在催化剂作用下,使一个甲苯的甲基转移到另一个甲苯上,生成苯和二甲苯。反应是用DF-166催化剂(缺铝氢型丝光沸石),以重整甲苯(硝化级)和重整循环氢(85%~90%)为原料,反应温度400℃±2℃,压力为2MPa左右,液体空速为0.5h-1,氢气与油的摩尔比为10∶1的条件下,反应所得的苯和二甲苯的单程收率达45%(质量)以上。液体产物中芳烃组成为:苯22%左右,甲苯44%左右。此法对满足合成涤纶所需对二甲苯具有很重要的意义。

4.将石油轻馏分混合苯经加氢精制,催化重整,分离而得二甲苯。或将焦化粗苯经洗涤、分馏而得。

5.制法 在连续搅拌下将93%以上的工业硫酸慢慢加到工业二甲苯中至硫酸试验合格,静置半小时,取上层二甲苯清液,依次用蒸馏水、15%~20%的氢氧化钠充分洗涤至硫化物含量合格,用无水氯化钙脱水干燥后,进行减压蒸馏,收集合格馏分即为成品。
